Our cancellation costs

  • up to 1 month before departure no cancellation fee
  • 1 month to 1 week before departure 70% of total amount
  • 90% of the total amount in the last week before the start of the trip
  • in case of early departure 100% will be charged
  • Things can always happen, which is why we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance

What is included in the room price?

  • Our prices are per person/night
  • incl. Half board (breakfast and dinner)
  • incl. use of the wellness area (swimming pool, sauna, relaxation room)
  • excl. Local taxes (EUR 1 per person and day. EUR 2 per person and day from 1st May 2023)
  • excl. Ski pass and use of the lift

Duration of stay. Arrival and departure days. Check-in. Check-out.

  • During peak season we would like to pamper you here in the Alm for a minimum of 4 days and 3 nights. This excludes Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Mardi Gras. During these times, factor in a minimum stay of 7 nights in the KRAFTalm. Little wonder since at these special times in the year you can’t stay long enough here with us on the mountain.
  • There are no specific arrival and departure days. Whether it is Monday or Saturday – we are happy to welcome you on any preferred day of the week here in the KRAFTalm.
  • The "Wiesenglück" and "Alpenblick" room categories can also be used as single rooms. The single room supplement is between EUR 30 and EUR 50 per person and night.
  • Check-in is available between 14:00-16:30. Please note that the last journey in the gondola is 16.30. Later arrival in the Kraftalm is not possible and you will have to pay for your own costs to stay in the valley. In the event of earlier arrival times, you may store your luggage with us and avail of our premises. Please settle your check-out by 10.00 on the day you are due to depart. You can enjoy a relaxing end to the day on the mountain.
  • For holidays with dog we have reserved some rooms. Please let us know if you want to bring your four-legged friend. In winter it is unfortunately not possible to bring a dog to the KRAFTalm.
