General terms and conditions for the Austrian hotel sector (AGBH)

Reservation.Payment.Insurance
The booking is binding from the moment of acceptance of the offer or booking through our website. In addition, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required. You can pay your hotel bill in advance by bank transfer or directly on site at the KRAFTalm. We prefer cash payments, but of course we also accept debit or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa) Something can always happen. Therefore we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Regular cancellation conditions

• up to 1 month before departure no cancellation fee
• 1 month to 1 week before departure 70% of the total amount
• In the last week before the trip 90% of the total amount
• In case of early departure 100% will be charged

Arrival and departure.
You can park your car free of charge in our hotel parking lots at the Salvistagondel cable car in Itter. You will receive a certificate for the permanent parking lot in advance.
Arrival is exclusively by cable car. Every guest needs a valid cable car ticket.The lift ticket is not included in the room price. In addition, a luggage fee is charged per person.

Please take your luggage with you in the gondola to the Kraftalm (50 m walk from the middle station to the hotel entrance). 

Check in is possible from 2.00 pm.
Please make sure that you make the last ride on the gondola lift.(Summer 17:00 / Winter 16:30) A later arrival at the KRAFTalm is not possible and you will have to spend the night in the valley at your own expense. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage with us and use our facilities.
Please check out by 10.00 am on the day of departure.The wellness area can be used until 13:00. A DaySpa fee of € 30,-- per room will be charged for use after 13.00 hrs. We can store your luggage temporarily.
